Oggi la giornata era molto calda e umida aveva piovuto tutta la notte ...
ora il sole e' uscito ma l'umidita' della notte si fa sentire..I bambini sono in giardino a giocare con un amico mexicano..
Priscilla e' arrivata con la sua bici bianca e mia ha portato un pollo comprato in un negozio vicino al mercado.
Ho deciso di fare una bella chicken salad ;
Ho preso il pollo l'ho impannato con uovo e pan grattato,poi l'ho fatto friggere e poi tagliato a listarelle.. Nel frattempo ho lavato l'insalata,cetrioli, pomodori e ravanelli .. La salsa mexicana e' fatta con maionese,senape e un po' di Lime . Si condisce tutto con questa salsa.. Una bonta' provatela.. Priscilla arrived with her white bike and brought me a chicken bought at a store near the mercado. I decided to make a nice chicken salad ;
. I took the chicken I breaded it with egg and breadcrumbs,then fried it and then cut it into strips.. Meanwhile I washed the salad,cucumbers,tomatoes and radishes ... The Mexican salsa is made with mayonnaise,mustard and a little Lime . You season everything with this salsa . A goodness try it ...kiss
